Shipping & Returns

How do I return my purchase?

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase we will issue a full STORE CREDIT for unused merchandise returned within 5 business days of delivery date.  All returns must be confirmed via email prior to returned shipping. Please email us at Myalteregocloset@gmail.com with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return along with the reason. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

In-store purchases are non returnable

We suggest shipping all returns with the United States Postal Service with signature confirmation to avoid any conflicts with the return.  If we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear, unattached tags, odor or makeup we reserve the right to not accept your return. And you will be responsible for the return shipping cost back to you. Items will not be shipped back until payment is received. 

Please note what is non refundable under any circumstances:

Swimwear, Jewelry, Bodysuits, Sale items

 

When will my order ship?

We currently offer priority shipping. Shipping typically takes between 1-2 days to process order and 3 to 5 business days after that for expected delivery.  Please account for non-business days when calculating your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.  Once your item is shipped and tracking has been provided we are no longer responsible for your package, but we will assist how we can for lost items. 

 

How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us as soon as possible Myalteregocloset@gmail.com so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped we can not change the address that was originally provided.
